个人简介
1994年,石河子我院农学专业本科毕业,获农学学士;2000年研究生毕业于中国农业大学土壤学专业,获农学硕士;2006年获中国农业大学博士学位,修读专业为土壤学。2007- 2008年在美国加州大学水资源管理中心作访问学者。1994年本科毕业留在石河子我院农学系土壤农化教研室任教,2009年获教授职称。兵团学术技术带头人,兵团英才(第二层次)、兵团中青年科技创新领军人才。新疆土壤与肥料学会常务理事、兵团植物营养与肥料学会常务理事。主要研究方向为土壤学,主持承担省部级以上科研项目10余项,发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文15篇。获全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖1项,自治区科技进步奖二等奖1项,兵团科技进步奖二等奖5项,三等奖2项。
